Client’s Initial Situation  

Caravus faced challenges with their existing Azure Files setup, which hindered employee access to critical information outside the company network. The organization struggled to collaborate effectively with clients and securely share documents with external parties. Additionally, their legacy application, Caravus Sync, used for generating customer quotes and conducting annual reviews, was built to work with Azure Files, limiting its functionality and accessibility for a mobile workforce.

Challenges and Solutions

Another significant challenge arose with the Caravus Sync application, which required more extensive modifications than initially anticipated.
